About the Candidate
Norm "Firecracker" Westwell was re-elected, unopposed in the 2008 election. The election was therefore cancelled saving district taxpayers over $87,000 in election costs. This will be Norm's second term as a Trustee for the Ocean View School District. (ovsd.org)
Norm has already announced his candidacy for a seat on the Huntington Beach City Council in 2010.
